Andrew graduated from Martinsburg High School and then earned his B.S. Business Administration – Marketing from West Virginia University. Upon graduation from West Virginia University, Andrew spent seventeen years in the banking and insurance industries. Andrew holds his WV Life and Health Insurance licenses as well as his Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations. He started his career as a Financial Advisor with Equitable Advisors, LLC in March 2024. Andrew, his wife, Kirstie, and their children, Nathan, Natalie, and Harrison, live in Martinsburg. He is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Martinsburg and Westview Baptist Church, where he serves on the Stewardship and Personnel Committees.
