Joby earned her Bachelor of Science with honors from Fairmont State University in 2007. After a brief period in retail management, Joby began her career in financial services in 2011 and joined her father, Jim, in practice in 2016. Since beginning her career at Equitable Advisors, she has earned designations of Certified Retirement Education Specialist as well as Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. She is actively involved in the Greater Federation of Women’s Clubs, United Way, and PFLAG.
