Tiffany graduated from Robert C. Byrd High School in Clarksburg, WV. She then earned her B.A. & M.A. in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Middle School Mathematics, Cum Laude from West Virginia University. Upon graduation from WVU, she spent six years teaching middle school in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Tiffany left the classroom to become an educational consultant for a math professional development company where she trained teachers on a very hands-on math program that she taught in her own classroom. During that year, Tiffany realized that she enjoyed educating and working with adults. She has always wanted to help people, be part of a team, and be part of something greater than herself. Tiffany obtained her MD Life and Health Insurance licenses as well as his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses. She began her financial career as a Financial Advisor with AXA Advisors, now Equitable Advisors in 2010. Tiffany also obtained the Series 24 license and was promoted to Vice President in 2020 where she enjoyed years of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing new advisors. Tiffany recently left the Vice President role to join Elevate Financial to focus on helping clients with holistic financial planning. She holds the Retirement Planning Specialist and Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach designations. Tiffany, her husband, Ozzie, and their children, Noah and Logan, live in Morgantown, WV. You can find Tiffany cheering for her sons on the sidelines of the football field during football season, cheering at the ice rink during hockey season, or camping with her son’s Scout Pack and Troop all year round. She is fiercely involved in the activities that her children love and hold leadership roles in those organizations, Pack Assistant Scout Master, Pack Committee Chair, Troop Parent Liaison. Most recently Tiffany earned her Wood Badge beads for completing the Scout leadership program that develops skilled leaders in communication, management, and growing leadership to strengthen Scouting units in achieving the mission of Scouting America.
